The resealable lid mechanism only forms a small percentage of the weight of the can so does not affect the aluminium recycling process. 

Our resealable aluminium can makes the choice between plastic bottles and cans far easier for consumers and allows us a real opportunity to reduce plastic pollution globally.

Our spring Water

OUR NATURAL SPRING WATER is sourced from a unique catchment area located on an ancient volcano known as Black Hill in Victoria. Rain falling on Black Hill is captured in the volcanic cone and flows through the highly porous layers of volcanic rock, filtering the rain water and adding minute concentrations of vital minerals and electrolytes. This naturally purified water emerges as springs on the lower slopes of the cone well above the surrounding water table, free from any possible contamination.

We have purposely chosen this region not only for its spring water quality and smooth taste but also for its proximity to our packaging facility. This keeps our transportation footprint to a minimum.

  • Plastic pollution is a growing global problem as it kills marine animals, fish, and birds and in turn affects our own food chain.

  • A million plastic bottles are bought around the world every minute and the number will increase a further 20% by 2021, creating an environmental crisis.

  • It is estimated that around eight million tonnes of plastic waste ends up in our oceans each year.

  • Plastic bottles have the lowest recycling rate of any beverage container.

  • Plastic bottles contain many chemicals including BPA and phthalates, among others. Chemicals in the plastic can leach into bottled water, especially when exposed to heat or when the bottle is old.

  • Aluminium cans are 100% recyclable and can be recycled over and over again in a true closed loop recycling process without loss of quality or durability. Glass and plastic are typically "down cycled" into other products and eventually end up as waste.

  • Aluminium beverage cans can be recycled, and back in the store in as little as two months.

  • Cans are among the lightest beverage containers and pack tightly making them more efficient to transport.

  • Cans provide longer shelf life protecting the water from light and air.

  • The aluminium can has the highest recycling rate of any beverage container and contains 70% recycled content on average - more than three times that of glass, plastic and cartons.

  • The use of recycled aluminium in manufacturing utilises 95% less energy than creating aluminium from raw materials.
